Oar and Horan Dentists is located in Ayr, within the prosperous Burdekin Shire, close to the Burdekin River and Alva Beach. Our well-established practice has proudly served the community since 1992, offering high-quality family dentistry in a welcoming and modern environment. We are equipped with the latest technology, including intraoral scanning and rotary endodontics. Our clinic operates Monday-Thursday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and Friday (8:00 am - 2:00 pm). You'll work alongside an experienced principal dentist and a supportive, long-term team. We offer a strong and established patient base with excellent earning potential, supported by a commission-based remuneration model that is both flexible and growth-focused. Our clinic is equipped with modern technology, and we provide ongoing mentoring within a supportive and collaborative team culture. We are looking for a passionate and caring Dentist to join our team full-time (5 days per week). The ideal candidate will be confident across all aspects of general dentistry, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
